Refund policy

Holiday returns for November–December 2026 purchases

For purchases made in November and December 2026, all products except gift cards qualify for holiday returns. Request a return by January 15, 2027 or within your normal 30-day window from purchase, whichever is later. To request a return, email support@trailsnark.com with your order number.

We offer refunds for:

• Items we sent incorrectly
• Damaged or defective products
